Section XXVII-199 - Cotton Merchants Operating on a Cooperative BasisA. Cotton merchants operating on a cooperative basis shall pay the assessment rate of 1/25 of one percent of the value of the commodity at the time of each payment, including any initial advance payment, progress payments and final payment to its members as proceeds of the crop.La.
