Section XXVII-143 - Reports RequiredA. Each cotton merchant, grain dealer and warehouse shall file a report of assessments collected from producers, on the form provided by the commission, and remit such assessments to the commissioner no later than the fifteenth day of each month. The assessment report shall be filed each month whether or not any assessments were collected during the month.B. No later than the fifteenth day of each month, each warehouse shall file a copy of his daily inventory report for the preceding month with the commission. 1. The reports shall be filed on forms provided by the commission.2. The commission may accept computer print-outs containing the same information as required by the commission's form.3. The commission may accept any report in substantially the same form which is prepared as a result of any federal requirement in lieu of the report on the commission's form.C. Subsequent to initial licensure under R.S. 3:3401-3425, each cotton merchant, grain dealer and warehouse shall file a financial statement, containing all of the information required under §107. B of this Part, no later than 90 days after the last day of the warehouse's or grain dealer's fiscal year.D. Each cotton merchant, grain dealer and warehouse shall file such unaudited financial statements as and when required by the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXVII-143
