Section XXIII-3309 - Record KeepingA. In addition to the record keeping requirements set out in this Part, all persons conducting or having conducted activities of, generating, owning, possessing, storing, transporting, or disposing of pesticide wastes, shall keep copies of all records required by local, state or federal laws or regulations for a period of not less than three years from the receipt of any such record.La.
