Section XXIII-3301 - Listing of Hazardous Pesticide WastesA. The commissioner shall annually, on or before December 31, publish in the Louisiana Register a full and complete list of all pesticides which, upon disposal, are classified as hazardous wastes under regulations of EPA and may supplement such listing at any time when any changes in such classifications are made by EPA.La.
