Section XXIII-1901 - Pesticide Dealers and Pesticide SalespersonsA. The commissioner, upon reasonable request, shall be permitted access to any premises where restricted use pesticides are sold, offered for sale, or held for distribution.B. The commissioner may examine the records required under §2105 and may take samples of any restricted use pesticides found on the premises.C. Such samples shall be marked for identification by accepted chain of custody requirements and shall be analyzed in accordance with procedures approved by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists and/or other methods approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.D. The owner of any restricted use pesticide from which such sample is taken shall be provided with a copy of the analysis results within 30 days after the analysis is completed.La. Admin.
