Section XXI-525 - Movement of Equine in Louisiana by Livestock Dealers (Formerly section 505)A. All equine which are sold or offered for sale by livestock dealers, must meet the general requirements of §305 and the following specific requirements. 1. All equine sold or offered for sale by permitted Louisiana livestock dealers must be accompanied by an official record of a negative official test for equine infectious anemia, conducted at an approved laboratory, within the past 12 months. The record shall include the name of the laboratory, the case number and the date of the official test.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XXI-525
