Section XVII-159 - Cancellation of Registration and/or Denial of Application for Renewal of RegistrationA. Subject to an adjudicatory hearing, the commission may cancel the registration of any registrant who fails to reduce the overall deficiency of his product to less than 20 percent by the end of the year of probation.B. Upon proper hearing, the commission may cancel the registration and/or deny the registrant's application for renewal of registration when any registrant fails to comply with the requirements of R.S. 3:1391 et seq., and/or these regulations promulgated under the authority therein, unless the registrant can show just cause.C. No registration will be canceled nor application for renewal of registration denied until the registrant has been afforded the right to an adjudicatory hearing.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XVII-159
