Section XLI-305 - Issuance of Master Farmer CertificationA. The commissioner or his designee shall review each application for a master farmer certification to determine if the applicant successfully meets the requirements established by R.S. 3:304 and these regulations for obtaining a master farmer certification. If the commissioner approves an application the department shall issue a master farmer certification to the applicant.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § XLI-305
