Section V-2909 - Renewal of RegistrationA. All licenses shall expire on December 31 of the third calendar year after issuance. For example, if a license is issued on July 1, 2017, it will expire on December 31, 2019.B. Applications for renewal of registration shall be made in writing on a form prescribed by the department. The fee for renewal of registration is $30.C. Applicants application for renewal of registration and $30 renewal fee must be received on or before 5 p.m. CST on December 31 in the year in which the license expires. Upon receipt of the renewal application and renewal fee, the department will send the approved registrant a certificate of registration.La. Admin. Code tit. 7, § V-2909
