Section V-2109 - Use and Transferability of LogoA. The Louisiana sweet potato logo shall be reserved for the exclusive use of the department in promoting, advertising and marketing Louisiana sweet potatoes and for each producer licensed to use the logo.B. The Louisiana sweet potato logo shall not be placed on any box, crate or other package containing sweet potatoes unless the box, crate or other package contains only Louisiana sweet potatoes.C. No producer licensed to use the Louisiana sweet potato logo shall sell, assign or transfer the use of the Louisiana sweet potato logo to any other person without the specific written permission of the commission.D. No person shall use the Louisiana sweet potato logo for any purpose unless that person is authorized in writing by the commission to do so or unless that person is a producer licensed by the commission to use the logo.La.
