Section V-1935 - Use of Containers Ordered Prior to the Effective Date of these RegulationsA. Any person who prior to the effective date of these regulations ordered strawberry containers that do not meet the requirements of these regulations may use those containers for the 2011 strawberry season up to July 1, 2011 if documentation allowing the farm of origin to be determined is available for inspection by an authorized officer, employee, or representative of the board or the department.B. In no event shall any container that does not comply with the labeling requirements of this Subchapter be used after July 1, 2011, except as allowed by §1931. E of this Part.La. Admin.
