Section V-1231 - Violations; PenaltiesA. Each violation of these rules and regulations, any stop order or other orders issued by the Commissioner in the enforcement of these rules and regulations and every day of a continuing violation shall be considered a separate and distinct violation subject to charges and penalties under these rules and regulations.B. Notwithstanding the criminal violations set forth in R.S. 3:925, whoever violates R.S. 3:921-928, or the regulations promulgated herein, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.La. Admin.
