Section V-1103 - Establishment of Official State Grades for Fresh Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts and Other Special ProductsA. Standards established in United States Standards for Fresh Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts and Other Special Products which were promulgated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture in accordance with 7 U.S.C. 1622 and 1624 shall apply to all Louisiana state grades for fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and other special products.B. All inspections which shall be performed shall be in accordance with Market Inspection Instruction, Combined Market and Shipping Point Inspection Instructions, and Shipping Point Inspection Instructions which were promulgated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture in accordance with 7 U.S.C. 1622 and 1624.La.
