A. The name shall be the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf, hereinafter referred to as the "commission," established by Act 629 of the 1980 Regular Session of the Legislature, and signed into law by the governor, on July 24, 1980.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § VII-301
