Section V-3510 - Percentage of Title IV-E Children in Foster Care over 24 MonthsA. For the percentage of all children in foster care receiving assistance under the State Title IV-E Program who at any given time during the fiscal year will have been in foster care over 24 months, the department will limit that percentage to 55 percent of the total foster care population.La.
