Section V-709 - Responsibility for Eligibility DeterminationA. Administrative responsibility for determining individuals eligible for direct delivered and vendor day care services, and for certifying groups eligible for services, rests with the Office of Community Services, except for situations where subrecipient contractors may be designated to determine eligibility.La.
