Section III-1981 - Child Support DeductionA. Legally obligated child support payments to, or for, an individual living outside of the household must be included in the deductions from the total monthly income when a budget for SNAP eligibility is determined. Households that fail or refuse to obtain necessary verification of their legal obligation or of their child support payments will have their eligibility and benefit level determined without consideration of a child support deduction.La.
