Section III-1979 - IncomeA. Earnings to individuals who are participating in on-the-job training programs under the Workforce Investment Act (formerly the Job Training Partnership Act) shall be counted as income. This provision does not apply to household members under 19 years of age who are under the parental control of another adult member.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-1979
