Section III-1703 - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) ManualA. Rules and regulations regarding the implementation of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( P.L. 110-246 ) have been adopted effective January 1, 2010.B. The Office of the State Register has determined that publication of these rules would be unduly cumbersome and exercised its privilege to omit them from the Louisiana Register, as per R.S. 49:954.1(C). The new Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Manual may be obtained from the Department of Children and Family Services, Post Office Box 94065, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70804. Also, copies of the SNAP Manual are available for public inspection at each departmental parish office and on the DCFS website at www.dcfs.louisiana.gov.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-1703
