Section III-6913 - Guiding Principles for Minimum Program StandardsA. All of the minimum program standards are considered mandatory. Any program provider found noncompliant with a critical standard must submit a corrective action plan to address the noncompliant standard to the department within 15 calendar days after the date of the program inspection.La.
