Section III-5805 - Conditions of EligibilityA. Eligibility for services is limited to: 1. individuals without minor children who meet the U.S. Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service's Earned Income Tax Credit income eligibility standard; or2. married couples without minor children who meet the U.S. Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service's Earned Income Tax Credit income eligibility standard.La.
