Section III-333 - Hearing AuthorityA. The hearing authority shall be the person designated to render the final administrative decision in a hearing.B. Decisions of the hearing authority shall comply with state and federal law and regulations and shall be based on the hearing record.C. A decision by the hearing authority shall be binding on the Department of Children and Family Services and shall summarize the facts of the case, specify the reasons for the decision, and identify the supporting evidence and the pertinent state or federal regulations. The decision shall become a part of the record. The household shall be notified in writing of the: 2. reasons for the decision;3. available appeal rights; and4. right to pursue judicial review of the decision.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-333
