Section I-4301 - Charges for Actuarial CalculationsA. The system shall collect a fee of $150 from those persons requesting certain actuarial calculations which must be obtained from the actuarial firm with whom LASERS contracts actuarial services. Except as otherwise provided in R.S. 11:446.E, the fee must be payable to LASERS and will be forwarded to the actuarial firm.La. Admin. Code tit. 58, § I-4301
