Section I-2901 - Spousal Consent to Retirement OptionA. If a member is married and wishes to elect to retire under either the maximum plan, Option I, or else choose from Options II, III or IV(B) while naming someone other than his spouse as his beneficiary, he must obtain the consent of his spouse in writing on a form provided by LASERS executed before a notary public.La.
