Section I-109 - Waiver of the Electronic Funds Transfer RequirementA. LASERS may, at its option, issue paper checks in lieu of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to surviving minor children under R.S. 11:471 et seq., in order to avoid overpayments or other administrative issues associated with the payment of such benefits.La.
