Section V-315 - InspectionA. The Board of Commissioners may order at any time the site of an abandoned water well or hole inspected, to determine whether the work has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the standards and methods stated herein, and as stated on the Water Well Abandonment and Plugging Form (LDPW-GW-2). The landowner or lessee shall make all records available to the representatives of the state and commission, and allow representatives to enter the property and visit site(s).La. Admin.
