Section V-107 - Registration of Water Wells Completed on or After July 1, 1975A. The rules, regulations, and procedures as stated herein shall be used for establishing responsibility for registering water wells in the Capital Area Ground Water Conservation District completed on or after July 1, 1975, for determining when such a well is considered registered.La.
