Section III-2307 - Project LimitsA. Once the department receives notice that ten projects have been approved by the joint legislative committee, the department will cease processing any further projects. If however a project has been withdrawn from the pilot program, the department will process applications in the order of their submission.La. Admin. Code tit. 56, § III-2307
