Section III-325 - Construction and OperationA. Each sponsoring authority designated as a recipient of program funds must enter into an agreement with DOTD prior to the initiation of construction of a project and awarding of funds. This agreement stipulates what must be followed during all construction phases of the project, operation and maintenance, as well as the sponsoring authorities' obligations under R.S. 38:91. Policies and procedures that must be adhered to are detailed in the Statewide Flood Control Program Procedural Manual for Funded Projects made available to all sponsoring authorities designated to receive program funding.La.
