Section XVII-109 - Due DateA. The approved and certified warrants must be returned to the department by the close of business on the fifteenth day of the month. If the fifteenth day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the warrant must be received immediately prior thereto. If the warrant is not received by the deadline, the municipality shall be placed in deferment and shall not receive any payments until the municipality is in compliance.La. Admin.
