Section V-5066 - Changes from Louisiana Boiler Law/Rules and RegulationsA. On each inspection of a boiler, the inspector shall determine if changes or departures from the Louisiana Boiler Law/Rules and Regulations have taken place since the previous inspection was made.B. If repairs have been made to a boiler, the owner or user shall provide documentation to the inspector determining if the repairs meet the requirements of these rules and regulations. In all cases where repairs and/or replacements are made or new fittings or appurtenances are installed, the material and workmanship must comply with the Louisiana Boiler Law/Rules and Regulations for new installations.La.
