Section III-565 - Official Use of Personal InformationA. Nothing in Subchapter B shall be construed as limiting or prohibiting the use of personal information by an employee of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections for official purposes as authorized by the DPPA and state law.B. The department may enter into cooperative endeavors with other state and federal agencies providing for the access, use and release of personal information as authorized by the DPPA and state law.La.
