Section III-1715 - SeverabilityA. The provisions of each Section are severable. If any provision or item of Act 1486 of the 1997 Regular Session, amending R.S. 32:863.1 is held invalid, then those provisions or items of Chapter 17 relating to those items or provisions of Act 1486 that are held invalid are severable, and such invalidity shall not affect other provisions, items, or applications of Chapter 17 which can be given effect without regard to any invalid provisions of Act 1486.La.
