Section III-1625 - Driver Privacy Protection Act (Formerly section 1615)A. Every applicant for a driver's license, certificate of title, or for a new or renewed vehicle registration at a public tag agent's place of business shall be given the opportunity to prohibit the disclosure of personal information as defined in LAC 55, Part III, Chapter 5, §553, Subchapter B, by completing the department's approved form, and submitting the form to the public tag agent. The public tag agent shall forward the properly completed form to the department. The public tag agent shall advise the person submitting the form that any form which is incomplete or which is illegible shall not be processed and shall not be returned.La. Admin.
