Section III-1577 - Other TransactionsA. The department may contract with public tag agents to perform other transactions authorized in R.S. 47:532.1. In such case, the public tag agent shall use the equipment and procedures required by the department to process these transactions. The public tag agent shall use an approved written control plan to secure any materials or equipment as directed by the department.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § III-1577
