Section III-1523 - Administrative HearingsA. Any request for an administrative hearing must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of Motor Vehicles, Hearing Request, at Box 64886, Baton Rouge, LA 70896-4886, or hand delivered to the Office of Motor Vehicle Headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA. Any request for an administrative hearing must be received by the department within 30 days of the date the notice of suspension, revocation, cancellation, denial, or other action, was mailed, or hand delivered, as the case may be.La.
