Section III-179 - Commercial Driver's Licenses; Class of LicenseA. A commercial driver's license, Class "A," "B," or "C," shall not be issued pursuant to any reciprocity agreement.B. Except as provided in §179 A, the class of license issued by the department pursuant to a reciprocity agreement shall be of the same class or of a similar class of license issued by the foreign country.La.
