Section III-123 - EnforcementA. Commencing April 1, 1990 enforcement of all of the requirements and provisions of the Commercial Driver's License Law (R.S. 32:401 et seq.) shall begin by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of Motor Vehicles. This date is necessitated by the administrative requirements of said law and the limitations of the Commercial Driver's License Information System. All violations of the Commercial Driver's License Law shall become part of all license holders' driving records on the above date.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § III-123
