Section I-709 - CurriculumA. Except as otherwise provided for in this Part, the secretaries of DPS and DEQ shall jointly determine course length and content.B. Working through the assistant secretary for the Office of Emergency Preparedness, the secretaries of DPS and DEQ may seek such assistance as is available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.La.
