Section I-2111 - Establishment of Local Governmental EnforcementA. Pursuant to R. S. 40:1749.11 et seq., and these rules, local government shall have the authority to enforce any and all provisions therein, except the certification process for the regional notification center and the establishment of the uniform citation.La.
