Section I-205 - Quorum and VotingA. Six members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of the board.B. The presence of nine members shall be required to conduct the business of the board sitting en banc.C. Two-thirds of the membership of the board shall be eight members of the board.D. The concurrence of a majority of the members participating shall constitute a ruling upon an item of business before the board, except as otherwise provided by law.E.
