Section XXV-111 - Lighting [formerly paragraph 25:011]A. Illumination shall be provided, at night, to protect the safety of the persons at the assembly. The mass gathering area shall be adequately lighted but shall not unreasonable reflect beyond the assembly area boundaries, unless adjacent properties are uninhabited.
