Section XXIX-707 - Inventory ControlA. Permittee facilities shall maintain an inventory of medical marijuana, including medical marijuana waste, on their premises and update these records no less frequently than once per week.B. Medical marijuana waste shall be tracked in the LMMTS and stored in a restricted-access area until it is incinerated or removed to a composting facility or landfill.La. Admin.
