Section XIV-1601 - Purpose, Application and ScopeA. With the exception of §1623 of this code, the requirements set forth in this Chapter shall apply specifically to all new mobile/manufactured home parks, and to additions to existing parks as herein defined, and are to provide minimum standards for sanitation and plumbing installation within these parks, for the accommodation, use and parking of mobile/manufactured homes. Plumbing installations within mobile/manufactured homes shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 1192.La. Admin. Code tit. 51, § XIV-1601
