Section XII-1319 - Monitoring Plan RequiredA. Each public water system required to perform monitoring under the requirements of this Chapter shall submit a monitoring plan to the state health officer for review and approval. Such monitoring plan shall specifically be provided to the OPH district engineering office which has jurisdictional oversight of the public water system no later than the effective date of this rule.B. The monitoring plan shall include a list of all routine samples required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and identify the sampling location where samples are to be collected.C. The public water system shall revise and re-submit its monitoring plan if changes to a plant or distribution system require changes to the sampling locations or if any significant changes to the disinfection methods are made. In addition, the public water system shall update and re-submit its monitoring plan when the system's sampling requirements or protocols change.D. Minor revisions to a system's monitoring plan shall be submitted to the state health officer upon request.E. The public water system shall maintain a copy of their approved monitoring plan at each treatment plant and at a central location.La. Admin. Code tit. 51, § XII-1319
