Section XII-165 - General RequirementsA. In selecting the source of water supply to be developed, the designing engineer shall prove to the satisfaction of the state health officer and other applicable reviewing authorities that an acceptable source having an adequate quantity of water will be available, and that the water which is to be delivered to the consumers shall be adequately treated, when necessary or required, to meet the current requirements of the state health officer with respect to microbiological, physical, chemical and radiological qualities.B.
