Section XII-153 - Operation and Maintenance Manual

A. An operation and maintenance manual shall be supplied to the water supply system as part of any proprietary unit installed in the facility.

B. The manual shall provide:

1. a parts list;

2. a parts order form,

3. operator safety procedures; and

4. an operational trouble-shooting section.
