Section VII-935 - Sanitary PipingA. All sanitary piping, fittings, connections and automated cleaning systems shall comply with applicable 3-A Standards or the construction thereof shall be approved in writing by the state health officer, and shall consist of smooth, impervious, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, easily cleanable material. All piping, fittings and connections shall be in good repair. Pasteurized milk and milk products shall be transferred from one piece of equipment to another only through sanitary piping.La. Admin.
