Section VII-103 - Local OrdinancesA. Parishes and municipalities may adopt local milk ordinances provided that such ordinances do not conflict with and are not less restrictive than the PMO, this Code, or state statutes pertaining to milk and further provided that such ordinances have been reviewed and approved by the state health officer prior to adoption.La.
