Section XXXIII-10103 - Recipient QualificationsA. Individuals under the age of 21 with an identified mental health or substance use diagnosis, who meet Medicaid eligibility and clinical criteria, shall qualify to receive inpatient psychiatric residential treatment facility services.La.
